Meet Kashonna Boddie
Founder | Care Navigator & Placement Specialist

A calling rooted in family, loss, and love.
My journey into care began long before Boddie Care Solutions was created.
I started working in healthcare in 2005 as a CNA and PCA. Over the years, I have worked in nursing homes, assisted living communities, group homes, private duty care, and memory care settings in Virginia and North Carolina.
My passion for serving others led me to pursue a degree in Human and Social Services and become an advocate for seniors and families.
My work became deeply personal as I cared for loved ones facing cancer, heart disease, and end-of-life transitions. Within a short period of time, I experienced the loss of my grandfather, grandmother, mother, and father.
These experiences inspired me to create Boddie Care Solutions so families never have to navigate care decisions alone.
What makes Boddie Care Solutions different is our hands-on approach. We personally connect with communities, meet with leadership teams, and prioritize quality care to help families make informed decisions with confidence.
